Junior Lead Generation Manager

We are JavaScript Ninjas, an IT company specializing in creating web and mobile applications.
For over 8 years, we have been helping businesses from the USA and Europe bring their ideas to life.

We are looking for a Junior Lead Generation Manager who is ready to learn and help us attract new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential clients on Upwork platform, etc.;
  • Analyze the suitability of potential projects;
  • Compose and send emails to potential clients;
  • Enter data about potential clients into the CRM system;
  • Hand over conversations with clients interested in cooperation with the Sales Manager.
    The Sales Manager handles further correspondence; your task is only to find potential clients.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Written English, at least strong intermediate (B1+);
  • Basic skills in searching, analyzing, and processing information;
  • Ability to concentrate and perform monotonous work;
  • Attention to detail and a creative approach.

Good, but not required to have:

  • Understanding of sales, particularly in IT;
  • Knowledge of business English, business correspondence basics;
  • Experience working with foreigners.

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote;
  • Probation period — 2 months, including training;
  • Mentor support during the probation period;
  • Salary $500/month, with a revision after the probation period + further revision based on KPI;
  • Career growth prospects to Sales Manager;
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
  • Official employment after a successful probation period;
  • Paid vacation and sick leave;
  • Opportunity to practice English with a corporate teacher.
